Women's health concerns rarely stay still; they shift through the reproductive years, perimenopause, and menopause, and they deserve more than a rushed appointment. We assess and address the hormonal and physiological factors behind conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and perimenopause, with care delivered virtually across Ontario. We provide women’s health care that looks beyond symptoms.

Whole-person assessment

Rather than treating each symptom in isolation, we assess how the hormones, menstrual cycle, and related body systems relate to one another, then tailor a plan to your stage of life.

Support that matches your needs

Some concerns resolve quickly; others call for steadier, ongoing support, and we are clear with you about which is which.

What women's health conditions can a naturopath help support?

Naturopathic care can support a wide range of women's health concerns, including PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, painful or irregular periods, fertility, postpartum recovery, and perimenopause. We look for the hormonal and physiological factors contributing to your symptoms, using evidence-informed testing when appropriate, then create a personalized treatment plan tailored to you. We work to provide comprehensive, collaborative care.

Do you help support PCOS/PMOS and endometriosis?

Yes, both have their own dedicated pages. We use testing to understand your specific pattern, then treat the drivers, whether that is insulin, inflammation, or hormone balance, with a personalized plan.

Can you help with perimenopause and menopause?

Yes, We assess where you are in the transition, test what is useful, and build a plan to help support for symptoms like hot flashes, sleep changes, and mood, including prescription hormone therapy where it is appropriate.

Is care really all virtual?

Yes. Visits are virtual across Ontario. Every appointment happens virtually and any lab testing is completed at a location near you. You get the same personalized, evidence-informed care without the commute, making it easier to stay consistent no matter how busy life gets.

Is women's health care covered by insurance?

ND-ordered testing is not covered under provincial OHIP, however, many extended health plans reimburse naturopathic visits and testing, though coverage varies by provider and plan and we encourage you to confirm with your policy providers.
