VIDEO: How to Determine Your Fertile Window
Timing is everything when trying to conceive. Watch Dr. Courtney Ranieri, ND explain how to determine your fertile window and feel confident about your cycle.

Written and medically reviewed by Dr. Courtney Ranieri, ND, a licensed naturopathic doctor registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (Reg. #3726). Last reviewed July 2026.
Timing of intercourse is one of the most important aspects of becoming pregnant.
As much as we like to think that becoming pregnant is based on luck, fate or chance, which in part it is, it is more reliant on timing, preparation and science.
The more ways we track ovulation, the more confident women get with understanding their fertility window, and the more successful they are at getting pregnant.
My goal is for you to feel really comfortable with your fertile window.
